2. Eligibility
To use DirectNests you must:

3. Host Accounts
Hosts are responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate account information.
- Keeping login credentials secure.

- Maintaining all necessary licences, permissions and insurance.
Hosts are solely responsible for all content they publish.
4. Subscription Fees
Hosts pay a recurring subscription fee to advertise their properties on DirectNests.
The subscription fee provides access to list properties on the platform and does not guarantee bookings or enquiries.
Subscription fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
Failure to maintain an active subscription may result in listings being suspended or removed.
5. Property Listings
Hosts must ensure all listings are:
- Accurate
- Lawful
- Complete
- Up to date
Listings must not contain:
- False information
- Misleading descriptions
- Offensive material
- Copyrighted content without permission
- Illegal content
DirectNests reserves the right to edit, suspend or remove any listing that breaches these Terms.
6. Bookings
All bookings are made directly between Hosts and Guests.
DirectNests:
- Does not process bookings.
- Does not guarantee bookings.
- Does not confirm reservations.
- Is not responsible for cancellations.
- Does not mediate booking disputes.
Hosts and Guests are solely responsible for their own booking arrangements.
7. Payments
DirectNests does not:
- Process guest payments.
- Hold client funds.
- Collect deposits.
- Collect security bonds.
- Charge booking commissions.
All payments must be arranged directly between the Host and Guest using methods agreed by both parties.
DirectNests accepts no responsibility for payment disputes.
8. Contracts Between Hosts and Guests
Any rental agreement, booking contract or accommodation agreement exists solely between the Host and Guest.
DirectNests is not a party to those agreements.
9. Host Responsibilities
Hosts are responsible for:
- Property ownership or authority to advertise
- Compliance with local laws
- Health and safety standards
- Insurance
- Property maintenance
- Guest communications
- Refunds
- Deposits
- Taxes
- Licences
10. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for:
- Verifying property information before booking.
- Paying the Host directly.
- Complying with the Host’s rules.
- Treating properties respectfully.
- Obtaining suitable travel insurance.
11. Reviews
Guests may leave reviews based on genuine experiences.
DirectNests reserves the right to remove reviews that are:

12. Intellectual Property
All DirectNests branding, logos, graphics, website design and content remain the property of DirectNests.
Hosts retain ownership of photographs and descriptions they upload but grant DirectNests a licence to display that content while their subscription remains active.
13. Limitation of Liability
DirectNests provides the platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DirectNests shall not be liable for:

- Booking disputes

Users access and use the platform at their own risk.
14. No Warranty

15. Indemnity
Hosts agree to indemnify and hold harmless DirectNests from any claims, liabilities, losses or legal costs arising from:

- Their property.
- Guest disputes.
- Breach of these Terms.

16. Termination
DirectNests may suspend or terminate any account that:
- Breaches these Terms.
- Provides false information.
- Uses the platform fraudulently.
- Fails to pay subscription fees.
- Damages the reputation of DirectNests.

18. Changes to These Terms

Host Responsibilities
Hosts agree to:

- Upload genuine photographs of the advertised accommodation.
- Honour confirmed bookings made directly with Guests.
- Promptly notify Guests of any changes affecting a booking.
Guest Responsibilities
Guests should:
- Verify the details of any property before making payment.
- Communicate directly with the Host regarding booking arrangements.
- Never send payments to anyone claiming to represent DirectNests unless explicitly instructed through our official website.
Reporting Fraud

Host Verification Policy

Verification does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee by DirectNests.

As DirectNests does not process bookings or payments, cancellation and refund policies are determined solely by each Host.
Before confirming a booking, Guests should ensure they understand the Host’s:
